Explain the Gospel
Jesus has called every one of us to tell others about His love for them (Matthew 28:18–20). We Christians call it the “Good News” for a reason. It’s good news that people desperately need! There are many ways to tell people about what Jesus has done for them, and The Romans Road is a clear and concise way to share the Gospel.
Tell About What God’s Done for You
God has not merely promised in the Bible to save us and change our lives, Jesus has actually done it! The Holy Spirit has given believers a new heart and new nature, and we are called to be a witness to what He has done. A witness simply says what they themselves have seen and experienced.
If you’ve never told the story of God’s love for you, we encourage you to think and pray about it, and be ready for when someone asks.
Renew Your Mind
We’re saved by faith alone, but it’s not a faith on its own. God wants to transform our lives for the better through the renewing of our minds (Romans 12:2), and that takes learning more about what we believe and who God is.
