Thank you for helping make life at Rooted welcoming and enjoyable. As a volunteer run church, we couldn’t do this without each other.
If you’ve had a personal expense that you’d like reimbursement for, please fill out this form and upload photos or scans of your receipt(s)/documentation for a reimbursement. If you have more receipts than there is room for, please fill out the form again with the outstanding receipts.
